TkQuiz

TkQuiz is a quiz program that operates similarly to flash cards. Provide a file with a set of questions and answers, and tkquiz.pl will present you with the questions, prompt you for answers, and check and tally your correct answers.

ActivePerl

This is written with Perl/Tk and requires ActivePerl, which is free. After installing ActivePerl, use its Perl Package Manager to install Tk.
